Indicator disappeared, how to get it back?

When trying spaceid out I clicked on the indicator and selected the different options to see what happened. When I clicked "Spaces" or something, the indicator disappeared and I can't get it back. Since I can't get it back I don't have an option of configuring it... any suggestion on what I should do to get the indicator back? Also, there should be an simple option to access the settings without running it if possible.

same issue for me. was able to recover it by killing the app and wiping the savestate:

pkill SpaceId
cd ~/Library
rm -rf Saved\ Application\ State/com.dshnkao.SpaceId.savedState/

Same issue, but I don't have the folder ~/Library/Saved Application State
