Release 0.3.0: Compatibility with models created with OpenStudio

• Now accim works with Zonelists, and therefore, building energy models generated with OpenStudio
• Different models for multiple countries have been included
• VRF scripttype has been split in 'vrf_ac', which adds a VRF system in full air-conditioning format (to be used mainly with OpenStudio models without any HVAC defined), and 'vrf_mm', to add a VRF in mixed-mode format.
