error when asking for large box #2

I'm trying to build very large boxes with certain numbers of waters in them. I'm finding that this script produces an error after iterating for a bit on these attempts, but keeps the process core utilization pinned. The error line in the script output looks like this:
Error: New buffer is negative or too small (-487.92250000000000000000).
In this instance I'm asking for 150,000 waters with a tolerance of 1000. I'm happy to provide more information if that would be helpful for troubleshooting, but I'm not sure what else you might need.
