Installation problem: error message needs explanation

This is an email that I got from someone trying to install KaBOB on his system.

I thought I solved this problem, after I modified the cnv.sh file.

The modification was:
MAVEN_BIN=/home/jbxia/Desktop/apache-maven-3.2.2/bin
JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jdk1.7.0_79

By doing this, I got the environment variable re-set for my own machine.

Thanks for your interest in KaBOB.
Sorry the instructions / install left you with not great pointers for what might be wrong.

The code in the KaBOB repository here is designed to be paired with an existing, running, triple store. For example, AllegroGraph. You could install AllegroGraph and then you would modify the ENV file to point to your instance and have your user credentials (or you could use your favorite other triple store -- although, then you would have to follow the example in the shell scripts to create new scripts for your specific triplestore, for example, to have the correct shell commands to load a file of triples, etc.).

There should be some more context on all this in the referenced academic paper as well.

We're trying to keep the information in the new wiki up to date and accurate, so if you do run into trouble, please open an issue in that project's tracker.
