Hi, could you solve the issue? I have tried different python version. With python env or with anaconda, over pip, over PyCharm, installed extra libs on Ubuntu, nothing works.
There is another lib pyhackrf2, that's works.

In my case it helped to rename pyhackrf to hackrf:

from hackrf import HackRF
