What

Add a genioplasty procedure preset. Genioplasty differs from mentoplasty in that it simulates osseous (bone) chin repositioning rather than implant augmentation.

Why

Genioplasty is frequently combined with orthognathic surgery and rhinoplasty. Having both genioplasty and mentoplasty allows comparison of bone vs implant approaches.

How

1. Target chin and lower jaw landmarks (subset of orthognathic landmarks)
2. Displacement vectors should emphasize anterior-posterior projection change
3. Influence radius ~30px at 512×512
