Describe the bug.

Re-install .NET SDK should be succeed after cancel installation

The log file location should be copied to your clipboard if you came from VS Code.

Reproduction Steps

1. On Mac run command ‘.NET Install Tool: Install .NET SDK System-Wide' or run the sample command ‘Install .NET SDK Globally via .NET Install Tool (Former Runtime Extension) to install .NET SDK
2. Cancel installation by hitting X.
3. Go through the steps to install again
4. Observe

Expected Behavior

The extension should notice the SDK is already installed and give you a message saying it is already installed such as ‘A global install is already on the machine’, then return success as normal.

Exceptions & Errors (if any)

It shows cancelled Installation of the .NET SDK

--Note:
This issue is not repro with with Acquire .NET runtime.
