A subset of dotnet/runtime symbols are not marked with DotNetReleaseShipping=true in the VMR manifest. This includes:

  • Numerous Microsoft.NETCore.App.Runtime.Mono.* symbols
  • Numerous Microsoft.NETCore.TestHost symbols
  • Some transport and .sources packages
  • In total, there are 27 symbols affected.

Check the merged manifest of a recent build.
