Rename of Nano Server Tags: 2009 => 20H2

The tags used for Nano Server, version 20H2 have been updated to reflect the new naming convention for version names in the official Windows branding. The previous tags used the nanoserver-2009 suffix but have now been updated to use the nanoserver-20H2 suffix. For backwards compatibility, updates will continue to be published to the old 2009 floating tags for the supported lifetime of that version. Going forward, however, tag names that are .NET patch version-specific will not include 2009 in the name.
