Describe the issue or suggestion

Create a new doc that explains how to work with semantic image search or content. The article should cover the following topics:

What is image vectorization and why is it useful?
How to vectorize an image and store it for later use (could be in-memory or in a vector db)
How to perform vector searches on that data to semantically retrieve images
