how to run on the command line

I tried this

$ python scripts/simuAnalysis.py --simulationType coarse --d Example/coarse/
usage: simuAnalysis.py [-h] [--manual]
simuAnalysis.py: error: unrecognized arguments: --simulationType coarse --d Example/coarse/

I guess this is not how I should run, it, but I could not figure out a way

Sorry for that. After I finished other corrections I added another feature to see the full manual. The problem was that I wanted to have --man attribute above the required attribute, so I made another parser, but I didn't checked the influence on the second parser.
Anyway there's no real need for that, since -h also provides the manual (a least the short version)

Now it's fixed.

Yeah, usually you only have one ArgumentParser in an application

You probably don't need at all the checking of

if len(sys.argv) < 2:

but if you o it and do it after creating the parser, you could use this to print the help:

parser.print_help()

The thing is I tried to print an external file, using cat from the command.
