Export to Excel for PPI networks

We need to figure out what we will allow in the Export to Excel feature for PPI networks. The above screenshot is what we have currently. It does not make sense to export the "optimization_parameters" sheet because that is for use with GRNmap, which does not support modeling PPIs. Options are to only allow the "network" sheet, or to allow that + expression data (with a disclaimer that the expression data is mRNA-level data).

I opened the exported file and now I see that it only has information about the network, so that's OK, nevermind.

In the save file dialog, there is a leading hyphen in the filename that actually doesn't carry through when the file is saved.

I'm not sure what is happening there.

I see what is happening--the filename is really long and not showing the whole thing. Anyway, it should be shortened to PPI so the filename is not too long.
