Typo: LeftClick + Ctrl to Split Vertically

Describe the bug
When opening the edit layout screen, the hints say that "LeftClick + Ctrl to split vertically" when in reality regular left click splits vertically and you need Ctrl to split horizontally.

It believe it should be "Left Click + Ctrl to split horizontally."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Layout Selector'
2. Click on 'New Layout'
3. See typo.
