 40.0  Enhancement
 	Added build number in the start of the logging.
 
 40.1  Enhancement
	Activated 'Retrieve Sets' in the 'Sets' right side panel. The resulting
 	panel shows only the existing sets that can be loaded and will not list 
 	those sets that are already loaded in the Annotator. 
    
 40.2  Polishing
 	Commented out button 'Explore' for Annotation Set Tab as it is not yet
 	functional.   
       
 40.3  Bug fix
	Fixed the left border of the 'Discussion panel' and the resizing of the 
 	main panel so that it now takes the whole available space.
 	
 40.4  Bug fix
    Deletion of comments now executes and updates the counter in the card
    (popup) and refreshes the discussion side panel accordingly.
    
 40.5  Enhancement
    Yale Image finder Integration (partial)
    
 40.6  Enhancement
    Improvements for using the Qualifier Search Panel also for qualifiers 
    targeting the full document (partial).
   
 40.7  Enhancement
   	Customizable access control. It is now possible to define which access
   	levels are available: private, groups or public. It is in fact possible
   	to switch off private, public and group access by adding the profile 
   	features entries:
   	org.mindinformatics.gwt.domeo.feature.general.access.groups = disabled
   	org.mindinformatics.gwt.domeo.feature.general.access.private = disabled
   	org.mindinformatics.gwt.domeo.feature.general.access.public = disabled
   	It is important to make sure to have at least one level enabled.
   	Also this feature interacts with the initialization default in the html
   	page loading the annotator. Example
   	- var defaultSetPrivacy = "public";
   	This has to be private or public and the level has to be enabled.
   	
 40.8  Integration (iCyrus) - Enhancement
    Improved integration plugin with iCyrus that will enhance the mashups
    in the images summary panel showing the metadata coming from the Yale
    Image Finder. Title in bold, description and links to Yale and iCyrus.
  
 40.9  Integration (iCyrus) - Enhancement
    Increased timout to 20 seconds. Probably this should not make the 
    pipeline wait.
