Quality-of-life add-ons for Docker Sandboxes

Just wanted to share my setup for fully replacing claude CLI with an sbx wrapper in my day-to-day work. It's not perfect, but it is quite well off and much better than plain sbx, so if you don't want to go through tens of hours of setup to use sbx in a not annoying way, here is a good starting point for you: https://github.com/jsimecek/docker-sandboxes.

It is not meant as a long term solution, so as sbx will get more features I will replace my custom piping with them. Most notably I add on top:

• ts/swift/python templates with the common dev tools I use for each language, easy to build and rebuild
• a copy of your entire Claude setup, so Claude Code inside the sandbox looks and behaves the same as your local one
• a system CLAUDE.md that explains to the agent that it's running inside a sandbox
• .zshrc aliases/commands to launch the sandbox with the right settings
• build.sh for rebuilding these templates if you want to edit anything

You can just build it locally (e.g. ./build.sh ts), hook up to ~/.zshrc, and then run the command (ccts -f = TypeScript sandbox with full network access) instead of claude in any project. The same command handles both the first sandbox creation and every start after that.

I have my setup for Claude Code, but if you want to use a different agent CLI, you can change the code for that quite easily.
