If you do not know how to do something, or you have a problem that you cannot solve, you can ask questions in the following places and get free help from the TYPO3 community:
- TYPO3 mailing lists
- TYPO3 Slack group (there is a dedicated #realurl channel)
You may not ask questions in the bug tracker. Such questions will be closed without response.
You may not get free help by email from the author of the extension. No exceptions to anybody.
If you require paid support (subject to availability), you are welcome to contact. Hourly rate and minimum charge is 45€ by PayPal (no invoice) or EU bank transfer (with invoice, B2B customers only, Euro only).
