Hi David,
Upon your recommendation, in order to implement the frequency-resolved MVPA, I now obtained time-resolved decoding results for 20 participants for five different frequencies and saved each of them under different frequency folders. They all have their own cfg.mat, result.mat (1 x 36 x 20), and stats.mat.
Now I am trying to find ways to merge these results together in order to be able to use the mvpalab_plotdecoding() function to visualize their final decoding accuracy (5 different frequencies' contribution together). In addition, I am trying to assess how permutation test functions of the MVPAlab yielded the separate results for each frequency for 20 participants.
My question is that should I take the mean of the decoding accuracy as well as stats result across these different results belonging to different frequencies to be able to plot and obtain the significant timepoints?
If you could guide me through this, I would be more than happy.
Thank you so much for your time in advance!
Best,
Bati
