latexplotlib dependency creates undocumented extra dependencies

Because this has been added to FUMEplot, it now crashes unless the following packages are installed:

• cm-super
• dvipng

Are these extra dependencies worth it?

• If so, we need to add them to the requirements.
• If not, then we should remove the latexplotlib dependency.

Related to this, I think we need to introduce a requirements.txt file in the repository perhaps?

Sorry for that (I have seen this issue after the meeting today)

I like the latexplotlib package, and there were no issues with installing dependencies; I just piped latexplotlib.

If you think it is too heavy, I will undo it.

Anyway, I think adding requirements.txt would be beneficial; I can do that.

We can keep it in imho, but an overarching problem is that the plots in FUMEplot look very different now, much better suited for papers but poorly suited for presentations. Do you perhaps know where we could be able to change/configure that? (this may be worth a new issue)

As for requirements.txt, yes, feel free to add that, then we can close this issue 👍 .

I introduced the requirements.txt file, which was also motivated by the fact that I was using Python 3.12.0, and the newer matplotlib version has quite some changes in function signatures.

I am having some new issues with latexplotlib parsing the labels of different agent features/categories, e.g. from headers of the input files.
Due to that, I would keep the issue with latexplotlib open.
If problems are reappearing, we might need to abandon this package later.

One of the solutions can be an additional flag/switch to use latex-friendly plotting when we choose paper plotting.
Do you think just a switch somewhere would be sufficient?
