Implement Broadcast Channel API

Recently I found [this docs](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Broadcast_Channel_API) that allowing us to communicate between tabs and iframes with a single broadcast channel.

I think it would be better if it was implemented to intercom.js.

And if the Broadcast Channel API was unavailable on the browser, then fallback to Local Storage.
