Fungal genome assembly and annotation

Hi,
Thank you for developing the workflow. I was wondering about the applicability of this workflow in creating fungal genomes and annotations. The current annotation workflow is targeted to plant species, isn´t it?

Thank you for your interest! We originally developed it for plants, but MoGAAAP is applicable to all eukaryotes in principle. We also tested it for fungi, invertebrates and vertebrates, so it should work on your species too. Let me know if you have any specific fungal problems, happy to add fixes for those.
