How to integrate and run it?

Hello, I have already installed mql4-lib and mql-zmq successfully, and copy mt4-server into MQL5/Scripts, then compiled with no error. But the run button in the MetaEditor always  disabled, and I can't find it in the MetaTrader。However, I create a HelloWord demo script follow the guide with running it successfully。
