Support for Conversations as UnifiedPush distributor

Describe the bug

I use Conversations as my UnifiedPush distributor, and it shows up on the list of distributors found by Momogram. However, when I select it, nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable UnifiedPush
2. Go to Notifications -> Other -> Unified push distributors
3. Attempt to select eu.siacs.conversations
4. Nothing happens, option remains at None/Unknown

Expected behavior
Conversations should stay selected and used to deliver notifications.
