[feature] DBus notification

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
DBus notification is supported by apprise: https://github.com/caronc/apprise/wiki/Notify_dbus
However, if I input dbus:// in notification, it is not recognized.

Support dbus:// notification

(This is used when the notification is local)

its not an issue, its more about configuration, you need to connect dbus to your container

DBus does not seem to be parsed in https://github.com/dgtlmoon/changedetection.io/blob/master/changedetectionio/notification.py
The error is saying that Error - dbus:// is not a valid AppRise URL which as well indicates that it is not parsed.

that's correct, because its apprise library that parses it, and we use apprise

You need to make dbus work from within the container on the CLI first

$ docker exec -it changedetection bash

root@changedetection:/app# apprise -vv -t "Test Message Title" -b "Test Message Body" \
   dbus://
2024-07-10 07:48:01,696 - ERROR - dbus:// is disabled on this system.

Sorry, yes i understand now, the actual container needs dbus support too, i re-created the request #2481
