Provide manifests for Gateway API implementation

It would be very beneficial if there were manifests provided that utilize the Gateway API instead of just being limited to Kong as the Gateway API is widely supported by a variety of platforms. 

Even providing a description of what's needed for the ingress would be beneficial so users can convert it to whatever kind of ingress/gateway they're using.
