Bug Summary

Not sure if it's actually a bug, I'm only adding the flag because it raised the issue #1628

TL;DR When flattening a parent devfile, we're currently downloading the default version's resources instead of the one mentioned inside the child devfile.

A detailed description of the issue can be found here #1628 (comment)

Expected behavior

We should be downloading the resources from the version mentioned inside the child devfile.

Adding blocker as tag, because it currently blocks us from setting as default versions that have additional resources (due to the console permission issue)
