Setup custom pipelines and SAAS configuration

Issue Description

To complete the build pipeline process we need to perform some updates to our Konflux on-push tekton config and our SAAS configuration.

Refer to this guide.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add next tag under ADDITIONAL_TAGS, see example.
• Verify image is under redhat-services-prod before making changes to SAAS.
• Update your service to use the new image. This is usually done by updating an IMAGE OpenShift template parameter in a saas file. Add the new image to the imagePatterns list as well.
• Update the Continuous Delivery pipeline to wait for an image instead of an upstream Jenkins job. More information in saas-file-structure.
