Update dependencies for new rasterio version

Hi,

Recently rasterio released version 1.0 and is currently at version 1.0.23.
That has some important updates and features, and at the moment I cannot install landsat-util because of its rasterio version requirements (currently rasterio~=0.36)

Would it be possible to update that?

I think this have relationship. landsat-util try to install very old matplotlib
