On line 99, changed:
fs.unlink(files[0]);

to:
fs.unlink(files[0], function() {});

To avoid node warning:
DeprecationWarning: Calling an asynchronous function without callback is deprecated.

Added additional parameter to callback on line 101 passing image as third parameter:
callback(null, data, image); //Added image

This allows callback to have knowledge of what was passed in.
