No numbers on y-axis

Hello. I tried running your first example, but I get the plot without any numbers on the y-axis. Any ideas why?

I also tried on my own file with first column being labels and using the xtick_label_column flag, but still same problem

Hi Shadi, I think the plotting API has changed a little since I last updated and it's broken the tool. I'll try to find some time to repair it soon. Thanks for the heads up!
