For example:

src/deps/jsr.io/@david/path/0.2.0/mod.ts:1195:15 - error TS2304: Cannot find name 'StreamPipeOptions'.

1195     options?: StreamPipeOptions,
                   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This should be relative the cwd rather than the build directory.
