Unable to use this via composer because of install-wp-tests.sh file

I am using this library in my WordPress plugin, to upload in WordPress.org. But because of the file in "vendor\deliciousbrains\wp-background-processing\bin\install-wp-tests.sh", while uploading in WordPress.org, I am getting the error "The following files are not permitted in plugins: install-wp-tests.sh. Please remove them and upload the plugin again."
