Currently there is missing documentation/guidelines negatively effecting open source contribution accessibility.

• This milestone should be used to primarily address missing documentation of manual processes and explanation of current automated processes.

• Stories placed in this milestone should be about improving accessibility quickly by documenting all current processes, as well as creating missing artifacts related to those processes. (changelog, contributors, etc...). Should not involve more in depth automation as the current priority is documenting in place processes over adding additional automated processes (those should be in new issues, and a new milestone if necessary).
