The right and left arrow keys behave in a way that, if you press them once, they only move one second, but if you hold onto them, they accelerate. I think two things can be modified here: change the time skipped to 5 or 10 seconds, and disable acceleration. If someone wants to go to a timestamp far away, using their mouse or sliding the seeker on their smartphones would be a much better solution.
I also noticed that the right and left arrow keys don't work unless I click on the slider or any timestamp. I think the arrow keys should work without having that extra click. Demo here shows the first few seconds I didn't click the slider or any timestamp. You can see I can't skip right or left. However, after clicking, I can:

Also, when I'm skipping with arrow keys, sometimes even when I skip right, the video player skips left. Or sometimes, when I skip left, the video player instead skips right. Demo shows video skipping from 1:58 back to 1:01:
