[Doc] Add project branding and asset generation script

Introduces official branding for the repository, including a header logo in the README that supports both light and dark modes.

Adds a utility script to automate the creation of social cards and logos from a base icon, ensuring visual consistency and providing a way to regenerate assets as the design evolves.
