sem_extract_features uses the default model instead of the user-specified model

Sometimes sem_extract_features uses a model specified in the default config instead of the model set up by the user.

It could be due to subprocesses; I'm not sure.

This might come from cross-validation with njobs=-1 which uses multiprocessing. Maybe the config settings are not transferred to the other processes.
