providers: Unable to use Messari.

Recently, Messari is returning this error for me:

[ERR] CORE: Error getting fiat exchange rates from messari: HTTP error: "401 Unauthorized" (code 401)

Unsure why. Perhaps the service is no longer free.

Looks like they have a v2 now and it requires sign in. There is still a free tier though. I guess we could add a way to add a user's api key. But current v1 needs to be removed. Would be good to find some alternatives if they exist. In dex/fiatrates we have CryptoCompare Binance and KuCoin we could use?

/dex/fiatrates could also use a live test to look at these things.

No solutions .. but I see this consistently last couple of weeks when starting mainnet dex with only one coin where there is no other noise.
