1144 Lankhmar : New book and monsters

The issue with this book is that it was published 1996 and is references thoroughly 2nd edition AD&D, referencing the Complete Thief's Handbook for one.

The monsters in this box set are split between two books, where the second DM's book has a "New Monster", the Pungi Ray. The first book has lots of monsters, many appearing in other Lankhmar sources. But some of these monsters are still new, at least to the compendium, and I suspect were not printed elsewhere.

Really torn here.
If I include them I am going against one of the long standing firm criterion of full statblock information. I went and checked the database and the only monsters that lack fields are some of the ones in the monster manual where one monster page has many many entries so some stats got truncated (e.g. human, insect, mammal, mammmini, etc.) but surely they ought not to be thrown out. Also, all of the monsters in the Shaman book are missing Organization for some reason, even in physical print.

An argument in favor of including these monsters is that they were described in an adventure box set. The point of this compendium is to be complete and contain all monsters from all compendiums, settings, adventures, and box sets. If these monsters were not included, I would feel like Lankhmar would be incomplete.

That being said, if I do include them, I'll need to reevaluate my inclusion criteria and other monsters that weren't detailed enough to be included.

Still torn, shelving the decision for now.
