Usage of the convert-lookml command that is specified in the readme does not seem to be included in the package. I tried pip installing straight from the repository instead of PyPi and got the same issue.

The pypi version is indeed outdated and does not contain the looker converstion.
However, I've been able to run it when installed from the repo - ensure you've uninstalled the pypi version first :)
The limitation I've faced was our usage of includes (which I'll do manually) and some metrics which are % based
