Add `scripts` subcommand with all cron scripts etc.

Then we can have subcommands such as
```
nytid scripts cron hourly
nytid scripts cron daily
nytid scripts cron weekly
nytid scripts cron premonthly
nytid scripts cron monthly
```
that output the compiled bash code. This way the crontab can be
```
nytid scripts cron hourly | bash
```
