Add AI filter

We want to be able to ask an LLM to generate new questions from sets of old questions. Basically an automated version of the interactive (-i) mode.

This must include the prompt for the AI. That prompt must basically explain the intended learning outcomes too.

We can add an LLM filter, maybe -L or -A (for AI and automated). If we add this one before the -i (interactive) mode, we get to edit the question suggested by the LLM.

We can add the prompt to the configuration. This should be a general prompt that can be applied to any question.

Maybe we also need to add to the configuration a description of each of the intended learning outcomes. This can then be added in addition to the prompt.
