Block region in sections

Hello I want to suggest an enhancement.
The Enhancement I lik(ed) the most from fordson and now LearnR to Boost (Union) is the additional block regions and I would like to suggest that you add an additional option for Blocks: In the Sections. So that if you open a section you have a Block region where you can put blocks that are only shown in this section. That would help because not every block should be shown in every section (or you can put it in one of the regions that already exist). But if I want to have a block shown only in one section I can't do that yet (I can but only with additional css). I think about a progress bar only for a section or an individual progress bar in every section. I was told that the block regions are controlled by the theme and not the course format so I hope you can implement that.

**So it would be great if every section would have individual a block region on the bottom/footer of a section (over the footer block region, that already exists). So you can put a block that only appears in that section and not all the others. **

The additional block sections are provided from the parent theme, Boost Union.
