Request: Hide "Copy Course" from instructors in course management panel #145

Hey Chris,
Would it be possible to set "Copy Course" to not display for users with the instructor role? By default they do not have the permissions needed to use this feature, but it's still visible to them in the CMP. When they click on it they receive an error that they don't have permission to use that feature. I checked in Boost to be certain, and in Boost the option doesn't appear when the following permissions are set to Prohibited for the instructor role:
- Capabilities/moodle/course:view
- Capabilities/moodle/course:create
