More option for access to OpenDataBDD

We need to provide better way to provide access to OpenDataBDD

Maybe with:

• env var:
  • at running time ? (difficult with yalm)
  • at ets configuration generation time ?
• git submodule ? (but don't like maintenance this type of thing)
• symlink ? (as we do a currently)
