Use of our business register?

In the distant past ONS tried linking Labour Force Survey respondents to the relevant local units on the Inter Departmental Business Register and deriving the SIC that way. This was partially successfully and I have always thought that the IDBR should feature as part of any future improvements to SIC recording. Is that something that has been considered alongside this project?
