Using bazel for build

Can databend use bazel for build instead of Makefile? The code structure of databend is so good it will set and example for how to use bazel for rust projects.

Nobody knows about Bazel in our teams. We also don't want our developers to learn about it. While it may seem cool, I don't think it's a good idea.
