Documentation poorly formatted

I'm guessing this is an HTML problem, but really not sure. Some methods with a long method signature look like this in the documentation:

I'm guessing this is http://data8.org/datascience/tables.html. I don't see that in my browser (Firefox 67 on a desktop linux machine), but I do see it on Safari on an iphone, so it might be related to the width of the browser window/viewport. I don't know how to poke Sphinx to make it generate HTML or CSS that's more mobile friendly.
