"⋮" dropdown appears blank

This seems to be happening on my windows computer with both google chrome and microsoft edge.

However when I tried the website on macos, this issue did not occur, the dropdown appeared as expected.

I tried to reproduce this error on master and couldn't. It's probably been fixed.
