Receiving telemetry data via UDP

@ClemensGruber just asked over at ¹ whether it would be possible to make Kotori receive UDP data from specific devices. I wanted to create this as a note here in order to have a place to track it.

Ron / @jacobron FYI: Andreas / @amotl mentioned at https://community.hiveeyes.org/t/albergue-para-easyhive/2185/7 that he had implemented UDP at Kotori for other project in the past, so initial work is done already and "only" easyhive specific adaptions would be necessary. I still have an easyhive scale here, so in case I get some information how to program the scale and get some code and information about the data structur we could try to go on. :-)
