SetDirection in MPSSE mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open device in SPI or I2C mode
2. call SetDirection method
3. Exception is thrown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was unable to set specific pin to input mode when in MPSSE mode. I recommend 
attached patch

Additional information
mpsse.i.patch described under issues had to be applied in advance

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libmpsse-1.3 on linux ubuntu
