Can't view next/previous email in current buffer

At the moment it seems to be not possible to himalaya-previous/next-email while in the reading buffer, since they're of read-only. Would be nice to have a keymap which will allow assigning shortcuts for paging while reading an email w/o having to close the buffer and go to the inbox/folder.

Indeed it could be a nice feature. There is another problem: the next email is selected by doing +1 on its id, which works for the IMAP backend (because ids are auto-incremented integers) but would fail for the Maildir backend (because ids are short hashes from uuids). So a lot more needs to be refactored there!
